Client was implementing a global training program for Oracle HCM. Web-based training was chosen as the most practical option to deliver training. In order to make the self-paced training more interactive, we used simulations where the learners could "click-through" a transaction. It allowed them hands-on practice in the application. I also wrote the scripts and did the voice-over narration.
